So many things to love about this product! 1-the amount of detergent (1/4 of the cup provided) needed to wash an entire load of dirty cloth diapers blew my mind. I had been wasting so much money using Tide original powder detergent (going through a couple of boxes a month) for just my cloth diapers. I was skeptical that so little of this detergent would make my diapers clean and get rid of stinks/ stains...but it did not disappoint. This is the cleanest my diapers have ever been, and the best part is they do not come out smelling like detergent, which I always hated how urine would react with my freshly washed diapers because of the previous detergent. I did use about 1/8 cup of Stink Out along with my wash, and this may have contributed to the clean but detergent free smell my diapers came out with. 2-My previous detergent did not remove stains from my diapers. I would hang them out in the sun to help with this. BUT with this detergent, I have had 0 stains come out on my clean diapers! It's a miracle! 3-I plan to start using this product for all of our laundry needs. It is so economical and efficient I do not know why i wouldn't.

Bought because my old cloth diaper detergent caused repelling even though it shouldn’t have, and wasn’t cleaning well enough; these are concerning on their own, but on top of it, these things led to baby having multiple yeast diaper rashes! No rashes since using Allen’s (been using two months now!)! And my baby has very sensitive skin; hasn’t really even had much in the way of redness. However, the diapers are developing a gray tone, and the poop ones smell even after two washes with a full scoop of powder in each wash. This concerns me that the cleansing power could be sub-par.

I have used Allen's Naturally powder detergent for 3 years on my cloth diapers. A friend had recommended it and I think it works great. The bag seems to last a really long time. I definitely plan to continue to use it on our newest addition.

I have been using the Allen's Naturally Natural Powder Laundry & Cloth Diaper Detergent for over a month now and I am over the moon impressed! My daughter, now 14 months, developed a skin rash at 3 months old that we could not get to go away. We tried everything - several different detergents (especially important since she is cloth diapered), fragrance free lotions, organic soaps, diet changes for me (when she was nursing) and for her once she started food. Nothing worked. I even asked her pediatrician what to do and even with his advice and guidance we couldn't get the rash to go away no matter what we tried. I eventually found this detergent and washed all of her clothes, bedding, diapers, and wipes in the new detergent. Her rash was 90% gone in 2 days!! My husband and I were astonished! I have been using the powder laundry detergent for 1 month for my cloth diapers and clothing. I chose this product because of this the great reviews for cloth diapers, and I wanted to use something different than my previous powder choice. It has done an excellent job, and I especially love the clean smell that comes from also adding a little of the Stink Out liquid!

Love the powder laundry detergent for cloth diapering and other baby laundry! A friend gifted me a bag to try for cloth diapers 9 months ago and I still haven't finished it! I like that it's unscented and good for sensitive skin. Would definitely recommend to other cloth diapering mamas!

I've used this detergent for decades. There were few options for fragrance-free then, and even with current competitors, hard to find. This is the best old-fashioned laundry detergent in the world.

I have been cloth diapering for 6 straight years with my three children and this is my favorite detergent, which I have been using since the beginning. I received many sample packs of detergent from various cloth diaper friendly brands in the beginning, including this one, so I have tried most of what's out there; by far, this has been the best and we've stuck with it exçlusively. We have an HE washer and it takes so little detergent to keep the diapers and covers clean that this is only the third time I have needed to buy it! I have tried the liquid detergent but I prefer the powder.

I discovered Allen's Naturally powdered laundry detergent when my youngest was in cloth diapers. I was using another plant-based laundry detergent. After about six months, he started getting terrible diaper rash, and the diapers had a really bad odor when they were wet. Different websites recommended "stripping" the diapers frequently. Luckily, someone recommended Allen's Naturally to me before I followed that bad advice. Allen's actually gets the diapers clean. All the way clean. His rash went away as soon as I started using it, and the diapers were no longer stinky when wet. I plan to try the liquid next for all my regular laundry.
