Recently, I purchased another bottle of the liqud detergent and received a sample of powder detergent in my order as well. I have always used liquid for no reason other than my mom always used liquid. My understanding was the Allen's liquid was for hard water and we have hard water, but I have to say I really like the powder more.
Now that I have done two loads of laundry with it my diapers seem cleaner and fresher smelling. They don't smell like anything but fresher, I am not sure how else to explain it.
Thank you for the samples. The Stink Out was amazing for some towels I left in washer too long and had to wash again.

Excited to use detergent that is not only good for my family but also for the environment. Just used it for the first time for all 10 loads this week...kids/adult clothes, towels and sheets. Everything came out feeling clean and soft. The sheets were noticeably cleaner feeling then when they normally come out using environmentally friendly products. Can't wait to continue using the Allen's other products!

I made the switch over the Allen's Naturally Powder Laundry Detergent about 6 months ago. I am a new mother, and opted for cloth diapers. Prior to using Allen's I was using a generic grocery store liquid soap, which was harsh on my diapers and not friendly for baby. I am thankful for West Michigan's local EcoBuns store advocating for Allen's. Now I wash all the diapers, cloth wipes and family's clothes with Allen's powder laundry detergent. I have a standard washing machine and use about 1/2-1 scoop per load (cloth diaper or clothes).

We started using Allen's Naturally powder in a regular washer 9 years ago, to wash our little ones cloth diapers. We liked the idea that Allen's has no perfumes or dyes. It's a good thing we did since we now know he is very sensitive to dyes! Now I use Allen's Naturally powder in my automatic dishwasher too. As more information becomes available it becomes more clear that all natural is better for us and the environment.

We have been using Allen's laundry detergent for over 10 years. We started using this after researching detergents for pocket style cloth diapers and finding Allen's was recommended by the brand we were using. We are no longer washing diapers but continue to use Allen's because it is an exceptional laundry detergent and very economical (we have an HE front loader and do A LOT of laundry). We also have some chemically sensitive family members and none of them have had any issues with Allen's.

I've been using Allen's Naturally for about a year now. I started with the liquid detergent last October when getting ready for our baby girl to arrive and switched over to the powder last March. I prefer the powder to liquid..It gets her diapers cleaner and I feel crunchier using it lol. I've never had a problem with the detergent caking and remaining on clothes even when I add a scoop over the recommended amount for heavily soiled clothes. Although I initially bought Allen's for use with her clothes only, I've been using it for all of our laundering needs!

I’ve been using Allen’s Naturally for at least 13 years. When I started using Allen’s Naturally, I was using the liquid in an HE front loader for cloth diapers plus the regular laundry. It was delightful to find out what “clean” really smells like. It’s not a fragrance. Its a fresh wonderful smell out of the washer.
We continued to use it for all these years for cloth diapering until we were done with diapers. Now we use Allen’s Naturally for all of our laundry needs.
It is very cost effective when you are using an HE washer. It is still cost effective with the top loader that I have now (it isn’t an HE) compared to other healthy detergents Just recently we started buying the powder. It’s currently less messy for me.
I highly recommend for cloth diapering and for general laundry needs.

I was using homemade laundry soap for years and our cloth diapers started smelling and our son was having bacterial infections. We initially bought Allen's detergent strictly for diapers but was so impressed by how well it worked (and found out homemade is NOT a good idea) that we are using it for all of our laundry. We have been able to tell a significant difference since switching. I am so thankful for good, quality, natural detergent! The only con is how much the shipping is but with how little we will be buying it it's well worth it!

I purchased this detergent for our cloth diapers after lots of research. I really like how all the ingredients are listed and explained on the bag, like there's nothing to hide. I have been using it for over 3 months now and it works great! I occasionally use it with Allen's Naturally Stink Out, which we love as well. Thank you for safe products!

I found Allen's naturally after doing a ton of research on laundry detergents that were safe for cloth diapers. We used Green Mountain pre-folds with Thirsty covers and also the Bum Genius 4.0. After 2 babies our covers/wet bag are still waterproof and in great shape. We have never had a problem with odor from our diapers either. I also like to wash my children's clothes with Allen's Naturally- I like knowing that there are no harsh chemical, scents, or whiteners to irritate their delicate skin. Since you have to use so little detergent it last a long time- we buy product every 4 to 6 months and that's with 2 in diapers doing laundry every other day to every 2 days and we don't have a HE machine.

Allen's Naturally powder laundry detergent is powerful, natural, ultra concentrated, and biodegradable. It cleans clothes thoroughly, yet is gentle on fabrics and leaves virtually no residue or perfume that can irritate sensitive skin. There are no brightners or whiteners added to this product. We are told military families use Allen's Naturally for their clothes and cloth diapering needs without issue. GREAT VALUE $24.95 only 8 Cents per Load
